Kind of getting frustrated at how slow this is moving. They keep mentioning what was written on his back but literally going nowhere with it. MC still too dumb to determine the best way of helping his friend and getting revenge simultaneously.

Ultimately things are moving and MC will get his revenge but it's going to be in a way that will benefit the demon girl most.

Then again if you've been confined for a month or whatever w/o showering, something like shampoo/soap would be noticeable

That last statement is exactly it. Was in the Army for 9 years and been in the field a lot with no showers. Once you get cleaned, the difference in smell between someone just coming back from the field vs someone that's been out of the field for a while is very obvious. We even had one dude that didn't bring any shower equipment with him for after the exercise, and you could smell him from a good distance away, and it really made us appreciate showers knowing that his smell is how we all smelled.

Based on the cover art from chapter 1 and MCs behavior so far, I don't think this going anywhere. He's just going to create a slave harem and trying not to get caught.

They ARE going somewhere with that ... to bad it's not any place with sense. Because of the number she wrote the police are at least suspecting him of being involved. They can't do anything because of his ability to teleport without them knowing so they are pulling at straws and making it OBVIOUS that they are suspecting him. At least his dumb ass realizes that they are onto him. If he was smarter he could probably come up with some way of throwing them off the trail.

Now the childhood friend is going to take more rape-dick and the police are just going to sit there with their thumbs up their ass because they are doing a stakeout on the ML. If they suspected that the childhood friend was in on it they would BOTH be there doing the stakeout but nope ... the next rape MUST HAPPEN because the demon girl is getting off on this shit, LOL.
