I think not.Did the three witches really try to make a middle schooler have sex with a grown man?
Thanks for the chapter!
There’s definitely a lot of questions about the world building. However, the ex-witch who disappeared seemed pretty clear. She was spreading how-to videos that would be dangerous if people tried it on their own. It would like if someone posted a guide YouTube with step-by-step instructions on how to make a bomb from household items. That’s going to be taken down right away and the person punished by the law.I have so many questions about this chapter. From how scary a jealous Komori is to the expansion of the witchcraft society with the introduction of the three elders and theirsex slavepractice partner.
The biggest one is how secretive this witch society supposed to be and how much the general population knows about it. Originally, Komori wanted the MC to keep the witch stuff a secret, and now the whole class is aware?
Also, there's a fact that the new girl mentions her Dad knows their existence. Overall, It is just strange how causal the revelation Komori is a witch now. Since it was mentioned that an ex-witch disappeared after she tried leaking witchcraft secrets in earlier chapters, I am wondering if that is foreshadowing for things to come. I dunno.
I think their main role is keeping the spirits from causing problems in the real world, judging on what happened in the Halloween chapters.I wonder what sort of activity witches do that's so important as to warrant an entire association and legacy. Doesn't seem to be anything the Japanese government is worried about, so is it just a secret club?
I love your example, though the reality of things ends up being different. You would think that a video teaching people how to make a bomb would be taken down right away, but those tend to stay up for quite a while, what does get taken down right away are videos teaching people how to safely handle a firearm. Bombs apparently just aren't considered dangerous enough, but YouTube freaks out at the slightest mention of guns; if you so much as mention or show something resembling a firearm then they'll demonetize the video (effectively delisting it) and take it down over nothing, but you can teach people how to build explosives, chemical and biological weapons and they won't do anything to the video until law enforcement requests them to take it down. Politically motivated moderation is always so stupid. There’s definitely a lot of questions about the world building. However, the ex-witch who disappeared seemed pretty clear. I get the feeling that the government knows about witches. There’s a greater supernatural world out there that needs to be managed to allow for peace and stability. At minimum, we know that spirits exist since witches need to serve one for their powers. I’m sure there are some spirits that are malicious.
