So, the witch association has a trained cherry-popper gimps? Now i'm kind of cheering on the heroine to go independent of them :notlikethis:

Okay, so with the introduction of the professional 'very good at sex witch ceremony gimp man', we now know that the sex won't kill our MMC, but we still don't know what the issue is then.
I can only guess she has to go somewhere, like a spiritual world, when she does the deed.
Well imo the issue is that the MMC will be possessed and not be himself when they do the deed, and she probably cares and doesn't want that anymore now :x

That an interesting theory, though I think the 'good sex gimp' also scratches it out, because if it's important for the partner to become possessed; she wouldn't be having sex with someone who is already possessed for her ritual.

I love your example, though the reality of things ends up being different. You would think that a video teaching people how to make a bomb would be taken down right away, but those tend to stay up for quite a while, what does get taken down right away are videos teaching people how to safely handle a firearm. Bombs apparently just aren't considered dangerous enough, but YouTube freaks out at the slightest mention of guns; if you so much as mention or show something resembling a firearm then they'll demonetize the video (effectively delisting it) and take it down over nothing, but you can teach people how to build explosives, chemical and biological weapons and they won't do anything to the video until law enforcement requests them to take it down. Politically motivated moderation is always so stupid.

What happened with that ex-witch is probably she taught people something she shouldn't've and it got turned around on her, or she tried some risky spell/ritual for content and failed

Hum, i'm going to disagree with you youtube keep putting in my list video about firearms (because i like them) and most of them have tips and trick with the weapons how far they can shoot accurately, what protection they can pierce. They even use target made of gelatine that represent a human head with bone and brain matter.

As Uruchika said it, a witch “must remain alone and dedicated to the spirit that they performed for”. So it’s probably because she just didn’t want to leave him

I think not.
Bcause chikage become witch in 18.
Maybe because hiiragi has talent.
I think it's implied the longer you wait to perform the ritual the less power you gain from it

There’s definitely a lot of questions about the world building. However, the ex-witch who disappeared seemed pretty clear. She was spreading how-to videos that would be dangerous if people tried it on their own. It would like if someone posted a guide YouTube with step-by-step instructions on how to make a bomb from household items. That’s going to be taken down right away and the person punished by the law.
You think the general population would take that witch video seriously?

The video did get pulled and that witch is missing so I'm wondering who's enforcing the policy of keeping witchcraft or that level of witchcraft a secret.

I have so many questions about this chapter. From how scary a jealous Komori is to the expansion of the witchcraft society with the introduction of the three elders and their sex slave practice partner.

The biggest one is how secretive this witch society supposed to be and how much the general population knows about it. Originally, Komori wanted the MC to keep the witch stuff a secret, and now the whole class is aware?

Also, there's a fact that the new girl mentions her Dad knows their existence. Overall, It is just strange how causal the revelation Komori is a witch now. Since it was mentioned that an ex-witch disappeared after she tried leaking witchcraft secrets in earlier chapters, I am wondering if that is foreshadowing for things to come. I dunno.
I do feel like a YouTube video where it can reach an international audience vs a few people in a remote-ish district in Japan cannot be compared. Like the scale of which witchcraft is exposed is vastly different that they aren’t afraid of such a secret being exposed

I wonder what sort of activity witches do that's so important as to warrant an entire association and legacy. Doesn't seem to be anything the Japanese government is worried about, so is it just a secret club?
I mean, they have magic powers, so it's plausible they control the government.

The peer pressure is crazy, even if it's not there
