Folks are talking about how impressive our boy's rock climbing feat is, and…
I don't think that's rock. Based on the way the cliff collapsed last chapter, I think it's densely packed earth, which is a lot easier to climb.
Still an impressive climb with a wolfgirl on your back in the rain, but not a superhuman olympian one – one achievable by someone in good shape and pumped with adrenaline, as Yutaka is.

Densely packed earth? Which can turn into slippery mud in the rain, and even crumble under the weight of two bodies? I dunno, I haven't climbed in a while, but to me it seems harder. Our boy wasn't just flirting with Tsumiki here, he was flirting with death.

Yep he is gonna be the wife in this marriage, no doubt anymore

I would say there's more doubt than ever after this chapter's feat.

With regard to the climb, I think it's fairly feasible. The wall is drawn close up for the most part, but on page six we do see that a Yutaka has picked a part at a pretty serious incline. It's the kind of wall that, if bouldering without a human backpack, you could do without hands. This type of wall relies a lot more on leg strength than a traditional boulder so in function it's not dissimilar to climbing steep stairs with a heavy backpack.

Yutaka uses his hands for correction but his power can stay mostly in the legs except for the very last step. Adding on the fact that as others have said, dirt not rock, meaning you can almost make your own grips, and it seems possible to me.
