Imma guess that both of the cursed kids are not gonna drink the miracle potion so they can be together. Or the boy gave it willingly to the Galfa's kid. They currently can only make one, no?

Well...it seems hers is the rabbit beast man tribe. And well....if it is anything Aug's condition...she...may be a little...freaky...

:worry:
I remember Aug saying that his transformation is the most severe out of the whole village. Who knows, the daughter might gain only the literal kemonomimi.

None of the ladies in this manga need that grass.
Kinda cruel if you think about it. Like you go out of your way to draw a bunch of mature women with flawless skin and figures and whatnot, presumably because you think that's attractive, but also you have them be insecure about all that shit.

I'm not particularly a fan of NTR, but she could do more than knock me over with that Butt, and I really wouldn't mind.

That's just a dose of reality in the fantasy world, though; imagine the hottest, most beautiful woman you have ever seen... and I guarantee that she is hyper self-conscious about her body being "gross" or possibly "ugly."
Most of this is due to beauty magazines (17/Vogue/Cosmo) and commercials for things like Balenciaga and Dior, but looking down on themselves is how women are kept from ruling the world in almost all male dominated societies... and Japan goes HARD on misogyny; Office Ladies, power harassment, s*xual harassment, decreased social value through hard work, glass ceilings, delayed promotions, lower pay, longer overtime... and the reason for these things?
The Official reason why these things have been tolerated for almost 80 years?
Because "women belong in the home, raising children."

And that ain't no shit, neither; it's the truth.

So, this low self image demonstrated in the story is mostly a cultural artifact of being a "good Japanese woman;" after all, never talking back and doing what you're told while looking pretty and being silent is the hallmark of a "Yamato Nadeshiko," right?

So, if these women ever acknowledged their own beauty, power, or abilities... they become Non-Conforming.
And that is a social death sentence in Japan.

And, since this is an "Isekai," that means it's actually just japan with magic.
And that means they need to be proper women, since everywhere in the multiverse (except Earth, evidently) has Japanese social rules, for some reason.
...

But I dont want to get off on a rant here, so...

My thing is that if you're a real woman, or even just a real person in general with insecurities and worries and whatnot about your body, and you see a bunch of characters who have never and will never be depicted with gray hair, wrinkles, acne, stretch marks etc., and do not actually gain weight ever worrying about dieting and aging (what aging the difference between you and the 10 years younger you was nothing), and those worries are often played for laughs, then how the heck are you supposed to feel about that.
