That's not entirely her fault, but this is what ppl say "you reap what you sow"
I think that saying that starts hedging the line of "victim blaming" her. The kind of pressure she's had to be better, or to be more, since she was a kid? That's got to be tough. And it's never enough, either; until she's at the very top there's always another person that she can be compared against.

Kinda wonder if Touko knew that the stalker was on the way to Yurika, given that story she was reading. Man, what a overcomplicated revenge plan.

dang. this is the intersection of dumb decisions and terrible luck. I feel bad for her (in that the stalker would've arrived even without the whole murder plot) but on the other hand, she's the reason she's in this situation and the universe (well, author) decided she should suffer max punishment for it.

Holy shit. That's intense.

This was always a extremely tense drama with a step daughter infatuated with her step father, but a sociopathic bully with an abusive mother and rapey stalker just ups the ante.

I don't think she deserves the fate implied at the end since it's clear it's her mother who forced her with pressure and neglect to be who she is; perhaps a mental institution would've been more fitting.

I'm curious as to how the author follows up with that storyline conclusion.

This reminds me of Kimi ni Aisarete where the bully got gang raped and I was more invested in her story until the author decided to pretty much erase her from the manga
