@Ulfhednar - I understood that whole part as "you've been to a place with signal, and you got no old texts or voice-mails?" That said, I did make a one character mistake in my transcription there, and that made a difference. I'm still learning...
Kasumi has a consistent, and strong, Kansai accent throughout the series. With the transcription error fixed, I get some hits with Google in books about the Kansai dialect, and "電話しいひんかったん…?" (or in normal Japanese, "電話しなかったの...?") translates to "Have you not made any phone calls...?" And he wasn't the one being forgotten. It was him forgetting his old friends. He really is becoming accustomed to living in the village with the girls.

Though with regards to a cell-phone contract, who ever reads all that legalese? Not me, that's for sure. 😅
