It's directly addressed in the novel why she settles in so easily. We'll see if the manga includes that part. Also she's not in a gameworld, and the world she's in isn't the world of the game either. She isekai'd into a original fantasy world as her game character (like Overlord). This is explained in the prologue that the manga skipped.

Well, probably not mathematics. Mathematics is as immutable and universal as "what is true is true", it doesn't change across realities. What might change is the language of math (notation. plus sign for example), what is known, and what is thought important.
Those differences might take getting used to, but beneath them is the same thing we have studied, unlike the other subjects listed which do change from region to region.

... Can you give an example of how math can change? "Math" is entirely a human construct that is used to describe things. It's a system. It might need a translator, but changing the words for "two" "four" and "five" doesn't suddenly mean that puting two loaves of bread next to two other loaves makes a fifth loaf appear (and even in a world where that DOES happen, that's not math changing. That's a physical phenomenon of its own, which gets described... And not through math, since it doesn't deal with objects appearing out of thin air).

The things that are described by math can change (physics, for example). The sytax and notation can change. But neither of those are "math changing"

Math is Math.

There is no changing reality that will ever make 1+1 not be 2.
Physics could change, a lot actually like having the gravitational constant be different and what not, but math cannot change.
