even if that specific train car only had people she picked, trains will still inevitably have to go through stations, they were right next to the doors, doors have glass in them making it so people can look from the outside... not that hard to figure that one out.
Any random student could've seen it from the outside and spread the info around the school, even more so when you consider she had her back to the door so she wasn't immediately identified as the girl in question, while he was facing the doors, which would make it easy to see his face from outside the train

My god! She's so cute and self destructs so spectacularly that I'm pretty sure our MC Butler-kun is more than aware she's cute and might even like her! He might even understand she likes him as well, but due to him being her employee and all that shiz... he turns the blind eye and acts cool... I wonder how many chapters will his façade last or how many chapters she'll endure before breaking down and just confess to him. This one is a fun one! It reminds me of Mayo chiki!

From the last chapter we know that dude is completely aware of it. He also said something a kin to "because i'm here you are missing out meeting other boys who you can actually love" so he is probably treating her affection like teenage hormons and due to having no other options in their immediate surroundings. And there is the status difference as well which is something FMC also aware of.

This is one of those rare cases where a shounen male lead is actually NOT dense and have legit concerns related to his relationship with her boss. For all we know, he might be also freaking out on the inside but has the best poker face in the world.
