This series went from 2024/1/9 to 2026/3/9. A series does not last that long (and wrap up its storyline that conclusively) while getting axed right at the end. Furthermore, Syosetu shows that the story ends basically after this point anyways; there was a bit of a timey-wimey, wibbly-wobbly flip-flop before it got to this point, after the Fairy Dragon, but it ultimately ends up in a time loop that resets everything that happened during it to just result in this endpoint anyways.
