Most of these isekai cultures have a chronically low population levels due to monster hoards. Obviously since the deities of this realm sent a sure shot insemination hero into their world, one or more were hoping for a few generations of growth to offset the losses.

Though with how he is working his way thrue the sex worker and adventurer female populations he might just cause a completely different problem.

That’s an illogical point to make given this world has massive brothels full of women and sophisticated birth control. The gods would interfere with that system if population growth was too low.

Assuming the same yearly cycle of Earth, sleeping with one to two women a day means between 365-730 pregnancies a year. With a generation being 15 to 20 years and women being able to have multiple children in that span of time, you are looking at 10s of thousands of kids if he did nothing but impregnate women.

Even a few thousand extra kids over a 10 year period would significantly impact the population of a city. And the MC is not restricted to just one city...
