As for the ears themselves they appear as shades of pink on the underside of her hair. To be honest they are not all that visible most of the time, and even then I'm not really sure it's actually her ears and not just hair dye.

As far as I can tell, this is always meant to be a descriptor of the impression she gives off, and her eyes in particular.

Every other time they do a short reference to Ratri/Latri/Latori or however it is translated, she's referred to by only her hair color (brunette). If they do long descriptions, it never includes cat ears.

Well, i know its not 100% accurate, and there would be variance from woman to woman. And like i also said, the amount produced before the birth is said to be quite low for majority of women. Aka., even if they start producing milk around the 4th month or later, it won't be much. The actual amount of production starts post giving birth.

Don't think it would be different by that much, because even if she is a cat girl, she is still humanoid, so gestation period would probably be similar.
I mean, will normal cats do give birth faster, but they are also around the same "9" number (Cats -> around 9 weeks; Humans -> around 9 months).

Actually, checked the Raws, and it seems to be a mistranslation.

The wording used is "褐色猫目なボインちゃんね人気ナンバー2の子じゃない" aka., "Kasshoku nekome na boin-chan ne ninki nanbā 2 no ko janai"

Which should roughly translate as "Isn't she the busty tan-skinned girl with cat-like eyes, the second most popular girl?"

Aka., the sentence talks about her "eyes" being "猫目/cat's eye(s)" like.

She isn't a Cat girl.
