@aigomorla Mangaka probably made it like that for the same reason people can't directly connect straw hats to One Piece and an earless smiling cat to Doraemon, copyright, so the mangaka probably changed Peko to Beko to note at something in pop culture without directly stating it but still in an obvious way for people to understand the reference, and the translators did a direct translation to english.

Wording scared the shit out of me, but no it doesn't seemed to be axed.

The next release should be either the end of this month, or the end of next month

The author seems to have gone on a break between February and April, So they may be changing their release schedules, however he normally releases on the 25th of each month.

They also double released in May (one on the 8th and one on the 31st) so there might be a chance of no chapters for this month.
