If all the evidence is true, we could deduce she's spending the night somewhere other than her home. That might be odd, but doesn't mean she's cheating. We can also deduce she's not being truthful about some personal matter to a part-time coworker she only met recently, which is not all that weird either. Certainly not enough to shake his trust in Yukishiro (just noticed her name is literally SnowWhite).

Until we see a photo or video of Yukishiro with someone else, everything we heard her say so far has been circumstantial evidence with nothing that can float on water. This is more like gaslighting, emotional manipulation crap to get MC needlessly suspicious towards his girlfriend.

Its already been confirmed that the changes if clothing are for herself, not Hanabi as someone guessed. I do, however, think that she's spending time with Hanabi and is both lying to Tsubasa Nanao and keeping if from Souma probably at the request of said dumpster-thot. Just makes me wonder how the author will try and tip-toe out of the corner he painted himself into when it was all but confirmed she was being train'd in the toilets.

Why do i think this is Hanabi related

Kind of want to know why this one is messing with them, since we already have proof that she has done it before, one could not say is just to "get the boy(or girl, who knows?)", or is she just doing it for fun?, or to get the cafe owner for herself alone?

You certainly could be right, but I've never heard it used that way. The phrasing would still require legitimate prior evidence, though.
