Damn, that actually caught me off guard. I thought she was gonna keep yapping about shit nobody wanted to hear, but no, this yap-a-thon was actually a distraction so she could drug him.
Also, I'm still not used to the level and manner of sympathy commenters here show for these manga characters. I'm more used to "wow, that's dumb as fuck, why would you write that" (like the usual rabble you see from, say, Rent-a-Girlfriend fans) and there's a lot of that here, but also there's a lot of actual moral indignation that frequently extends to the mangaka.
Maybe my own sensitivity to the stuff in this manga is blunted because I've long since read through a chunk of the mangaka's "corrupted vengeful hero" manga. I started this understanding that I was reading schlock. The mangaka's not even trying to convince me that these plotlines recycled from rejected Law and Order SVU cold opens, are meant to depict anything other than immorality.
Also... come on, this is actually really dumb. How did she get date rape drugs? How did a teenage girl she manage a pubescent boy's body out a restaurant and into a hotel, with nobody asking questions at any step of her journey?
Also, I don't get the sense that she actually had sex with him while he was unconscious. I think she just set up a scene and took a photo, but also actually slept naked with him.

But it is interesting. At least a little. What the fuck is this anymore? Coercion for cheap drama isn't suddenly more interesting when the genders are switched.
