It's almost like the author got a terrible doujinshi plot mixed up with her LN/Manga story. How do you go from a somewhat tolerable school romance drama to one where one of the FMC, Hanabi, has been sextorted, gangraped and then pimped out at a park public bathroom for 40 days in the chronology of the plot of the manga, as some bizarre redemption (?) arc, just to protect some video of the MC from leaking, and now they have way more extortion material against her too, all the while the other FMC has known about it for a month, and the MC has also been drugged and date raped now......... and all of the characters are essentially high schoolers or early college age? It's just so frustrating to read, but because there's no translation of the LN, I'm just trying to see where this disaster of a story goes.

There has been no announcements of a 5th volume for the manga, and there's no sign a 3rd volume of the LN is even in the works, so I think they're just adapting the LN as is for the manga due to some contract of some kind. The sales never really took off, and if you look at the comments on the JP platforms, it's half outrage, half curiosity of how much worse it can get.
