Back when the first season of the anime aired, Aka-sensei said in an interview that the black and white star eyes had a meaning behind them, but that he wouldn't reveal it. Makes this chapter kind of cool; time to go back through the series and see every star switch to better understand the intentions of Ai, Aqua, Ruby and even Akane.

In the end Aqua went back to his original goal of murdering the killer (Kamiki).

Not gonna lie I like Kamiki more when he was a tragic character, but now that he reveal himself as psychopath I'm curious about his thought process such as why he wants Ruby to die.

at best Kimiki would kill himself just to have an ending he would choose and not giving Aqua his revenge

I'm a sucker for edgy shits, and I love when stuffs go philosophical or something, but the writing in this chapter is just... I mean, it's been ass for while but this chapter especially is.

Well, this shit might indeed be so ass, but Mengo's art is just godly nevertheless.
