Not sure about the approval, but he met Amane's mother in chapter 15 and both Amane's parents in chapter 32(literally in a couple of small panels)

Thank you kindly. Yes, the approval was a joke from Ijicchi, I forgot to add quotation marks. See, going off of chapter names, I would've never guessed those chapters would have what I needed. So it was mostly Amane's mom, at the photoshoot, not much interaction with her dad.
