Anyway... Katarina needs to reign her harem in. She has managed to win all of their love so far, but polyamory explicitly requires all partners to get along well. She has to get all of them to be okay with sharing her otherwise harem end is doomed to fail...

Okay, I seriously think (if the translations are accurate/not taking liberties) the author really is starting to play up the 'maybe Katarina likes girls more than she realizes' angle. She talks too much about them for it to honestly be platonic at this point. A bit of gushing or impressed thoughts is fine, but seriously.

Actually, compared to the novel the manga is tame about Katarina's thoughts about Maria.
