Yes, this will 100% end as Yuri, but not yuri harem. Aria ends up with Carla (renamed White after the events) in a sort of strange relation where Carla is like "Well, you saved my life, you broke me, you buy me". They also basically own a cat together (a cat that can take on a dragon mind you), and just go about their lives living as they always have, adventuring, murdering enemies, saving people, spending time with their cat (fighting impossibly strong things). You know, normal yuri couple things.

Ngl, while I'm not exactly the fan of Yuri stuff nowadays, and feel kinda weird considering Carla being introduced rather late, yet somehow important, BUT, I can see and understand why that would be the way, considering Aria's hated against the "Otome" fate that cause so much suffering in her early life, any romantic feeling is probably not good thing for Aria. That being said idk if the "Yuri" ending is really Yuri or "Just 2 friends who have similar experience of bad childhood decide to just be BFF that just want to be free", either cases are fine.
