You are assuming that the Otome setting was what defined her character and the personalities of all the characters.
Again, is more about the fact that she is the protagonist of a game inwhich she was supposed to bang all the pretty guys.
The "Rance" of her own game. Well, if she go yuri mode i'm not gonna complain, it doesn't bother me at all. But as already said considering her destined role, and the fact that she have been infected with the erotic obsessions of an extra-dimensional fujoshi, the rational would be that she should be starving for sausages.
Again, if she was any other visual novel male protagonist, everyone would consider completely nonsensical to see him turning gay just cause of gaining self-awareness and wanting to "fight destiny".

Has she?

the rational would be that she should be starving for sausages.

The scientific use empirical data to test and justify hypotheses. And as far as empirical data go, there have been no case of extra dimensional fans/readers/players possessing a protagonist from our (real) world.

Just look at the number it did at the other girl that found her stone.
And Aria herself at the beginning worried about how much of that woman was injected into her. Well, she clearly have not been turned into a nymphomaniac. But still the idea of turning gay to fight destiny sound dumb.

You assumed that she became attracted to men because of the memories rather than it being her natural state.

But still the idea of turning gay to fight destiny sound dumb.

The MC so far hasn't declared that she need to turn gay to defy destiny. She merely refused to obey destiny.

Anyway, the MC being straight or gay is neither necessary nor relevant to her narrative goals. This, however, doesn't imply that she can't be attracted to women.

The problem I had with your arguments (assuming I interpreted it correctly), is that you implied that she must be attracted to men because the Otome setting deems it so.

Yes, she is canonically written as a straight character.
She is the protagonist that is supposed to get all the guys. She is supposed to be straight.
You got this very clear, no mistake.
