Others he treats rudely, with obvious fake flattery, or he mercilessly schemes against them. Even when he has nothing against a person, he might make them quite uncomfortable, like is the queen's case. That's just Leon being Leon.

Louise is the real villainess of the game and is not a reincarnator. I believe the LN spent a lot more time fleshing out Louise and her family than the manga did. Or maybe that comes after the battle with Pierre, not 100% sure.

The reincarnator and real villain is Noelle's twin sister. Loic is also a villain and so is Emile, the twin sister's fiance. There is also another AI like Luxion that shows up as a villain.

But since it's Leon talking to Pierre, I think they, respectively, should be:

• "You said it before, didn't you?"
• "If I bring an equivalent stake, you'll fight me."

Nah, not rushed at all. In terms of arc progression compared to the first arc (game), we're about the point where he gave the princes their first beatdown in the tournament. There is at least one major player in the Alzer Republic arc yet to make their appearance and will show up about halfway through.
