That seems somewhat unlikely because Leon didn't pretty much exist in the original work. We can assume Leon in the original game wouldn't have even appeared because he would have been either married off to some 50 years old professional insurance fraudster.

Is it just me, or does it seem like there's an imbalance in the art? The face and hair looks well-detailed and well drawn, but the clothing and body seem ...not as detailed? Am I the only one feeling this?
