Sorry, but you have no idea what you are talking about. Especially adaptations from Novels the pace is like this or even slower. Unless the mangaka has a lot of investments to have a shit ton of assistents, they cant ho faster.

So yeah as much as you might bot like it, the pace of this one is quite normal.

That's...not quite how this works. If you look at any romance LN manga adaptation, chances are that it has slow updates compared to series where the manga is the source material. You'll find some exceptions with extremely popular action LN, but more often than not, this biweekly/monthly schedule is commonplace for manga adapting light novels.

Anime leaves out way more stuff than even manga. Jamming 4 LN volumes into one season probably wasn't the best move, as it skips many details. Had it been 2 LN volumes per season, likely would've been able to squeeze in more of the inner dialogue details. Otherwise, can leisurely read the LN to get all the goods
