Full report implied that the father was abusive, came home drunk while subject and her mother was talking.
Mother was forced to draw a gun on the drunk father which is attacking her, and two gunshots were heard.
Followed by one last gunshot.

Subject was found alone between a huge amount of broken porcelain dolls and fine China dinnerware. A worrying amount of said porcelain mass has also been digested by subject.

I dont really like our universe but it's sunshine and rainbows compared to scp's.
