Private Message Bin Deletion/Notifications

I don't know how long the current PM Bin persists, and i know an eventual filter for messaging exists, but as of current even if a message is deleted straight from inbox and sent to the bin, there's no way to delete the message to remove it or mark it as read to delete the notification for receiving a message. The only way is to open the actual message, which is pretty annoying when it's obvious spam.

Would there be any way to implement something for this? I know it's a small thing, but it's rather annoying.

@ChaoreLance The DM/forums are going to be overhauled entirely and integrated with Xenforo... time will tell when it gets done
