Considering that on average they were about the level of Leo, with the new upgrade each one should be able to deal with at least with 12 rank Dragon in a one on one. The stronger ones should be able to deal with weaker single digit numbers.

Their upper limit is probably around serious Ortho Zora's level but thats if they fight alone. Working together could be a serious threat even to a high rank depending on their compatiblity

Mech Dragon was talking a big game, but the only reason he managed to corner Ragna anywhere near as well as he did was clearly the combination of Kamui breaking Ragna's sword, combined with Ragna's exhaustion from sealing a Dragon King fragment. Roars have no idea how lucky they are that Ragna can't go full DBZ on their asses, otherwise they'd have probably ended up dropping the whole damn moon in their little stunt.
