Not so sure about this... Who have time to rate individual chapters? People are lazy.

Heh, I don't even rate a manga after I complete a manga.
But maybe something like a reaction system can be cool, something like "cool", "aww", "oh no!" or whatever. I saw that in some sites hosting doujins but they got taken down.
Maybe people will bother with that since that's just a click
