Author should stop shoving Japanese culture into this story, seriously. If he wanted Astaroth to represent Japanese culture, he should make him a Japanese reincarnate just like other stories since the beginning. It seriously breaks immersion every time he started talking about 'I heard in Japan they doing this' and never once using any metaphor or example from his own country/culture (which seems to be European). It feels freaking forced.

There is plot hole: Dwarves got chief beard but they didn't discovered that necromant was alive? Very irresponsible dwarves. They must have dug the tunnel to get to chief and necromant should have killed them or they killed him.
