And I usually save money to buy tankobons every month - which have not been licensed in my country / are less likely to be published. I hope you support my movement. I want my money to run to support the author directly.*wink*

There is a very large distinction between what people call lolicon manga and CP. It's very insulting to insinuate that we promote or support child pornography.
Rule 5.4.1 has been in place since day 1: Posting child pornography or links to it is strictly prohibited.
If the subject is distasteful to you, that's fine and you're welcome to voice an opinion. However, I suggest you educate yourself before throwing around serious accusations like that.

My issue right now is that the website is forcibly subjecting me to this on nearly every single page. I did not come here to see sexualized children, and I usually don't have any issues with this. A big banner on every page makes this a lot harder.
Also, I do not understand why people are arguing that being bothered by sexualized children means you should not read any manga at all (or at least, leave mangadex. because there are so many other good alternatives). Manga is a literary medium, of course there's gonna be a wide variety of content. Equating different members of a medium by the contents of a specific genre is completely ridiculous. Manga is not inherently pedophilic, and there is no reason somebody reading manga should be subjected to it by a third party.

@regionala - If you compare drawings with real people then you are here the only one that have issues, it is also very insulting to the whole community that never share your same point of view. But if you don't like the policy of this website you are free to leave, just stop with these ridiculous accusations. I never insult of criticize other people tastes or choices so you aren't someone special that have the rights to do so.
@Holo - Wrong, if the community have no issues but 4 swj, you shouldn't never please such a small crowd. This is how things start and go out of hand, you give too much credit and power to people who don't deserve it and the more you do the more they ask. Please everyone is impossible and compromises will never help to improve things but make more people unhappy.
