They can revive everyone. Mikagami himself was torn to pieces in this chapter. Fine burned him to cinders before her match, he died in the Tag Team Mary match too.

ngl the author halfassed this fight, it was too confusing, last chapter it had a terrible paneling, but at least it was a shorter fight than usual.

Some people have forgotten that in the colosseum even if you die in a fight or lose limbs you get revived and fully healed in the end. It's still unexplained if it works in all circumstances and how it works, but several times people have died in the fight.
