This whole thing seems so flimsy, like, so many things need to work, way too many to keep my disbelief suspended.

Now i kind of want her to have a fake out death, just to see the reactions of everyone back home to the almost obvious failure of this "master" plan (i might be too stupid to see how this is smart), i kind of want to see all of them reacting to her not existing anymore (it is a feeling that i´ve had since quite a lot of chapters already, first story where i have this feeling, too much Karma unbalanced i think)

I think there's a disconnect between what is true here, and your perception of what is true. And that's ok, because I'm not you and don't know how things appear to you.

But this isn't like a lot of other manga where the main character's only qualification is being the main character. When you factor in Alicia's training, practice, studies, political acumen, and magic aptitude, this isn't disrupting the plans of a foreign adversary by sending some punk 15-year old so much as it is sending Jason Bourne.

It isn't smart. It's quite convoluted and braindead in fact. It's like a dumbass's idea of how a smart plan full of intrigue would look like. All this just to gather information about who was behind the wolf/card incident. Well this is a shoujo so can't expect much.
