Report Button Moved to Corner

Could the report button be reduced in size slightly and moved to upper or bottom right corner of a comment? And if possible, changing the color from Orange to a more Gray (with orange flag) that changes to Orange (with white flag) upon hover and reported status.

Currently, when going through a comment chain, it's really glaring to look at.

I also agree on the right corner. It stands out so majorly located like it is now, next to the avatar pic and generally the left side where the text starts. It's not like anyone would need to click it everyday (I hope nobody does), so it could afford to be a little more out of sight. Now it seems to be begging to be clicked.

I was going to make this suggestion. It's way too prominent for something that's supposed to be rarely used. It should be barely visible unless you hover over it
