Not a fan of Lucy, but this chapter focused on her was quite entertaining. Zenjirou's comment about her cloths was one. Just imagine if she tripped overboard. The fallout would be horrendous.

Yes, exactly. As you saw, i already checked the meaning of the name, and understand from where it comes. BUT! There are tons of japanese names that have the similar meaning without being so weird.

Actually nevermind, after googling it, it looks like that name isn't exactly as rare as i originally thought. Somehow, with my years of extensive weeb'ing, i missed zenkichi from medaka box, persona 5, and megami tensei... Before that manga, literally never heard this name ever - neither from anime/manga, nor from actual people from japan.

There is also tradition aspect in naming. Shortly he gave him name of the good word + number one. Usually done in old samurai family.

Interestingly. -jirou usually meant for second son.
