I weirdly love this manga’s politics. It’s rare that we get this kind of setup, and that’s a great usage of a “traditionally patriarchal“ hierarchy as a subtle obstacle. I also really like how the couple work together, and support each other in a very mature way, trying to respect each other’s circumstances and cultural differences, and trying to turn these into strength, without turning into a “Japan is so much better”, like many Isekai fall into. They also touch on the incomplete knowledge the Isekai MC has, making it impossible (or very very hard) to make glass, even if he has a video with some info… which turns out to not be enough.
Too many Isekai have the MC having perfect recollection of recipes to make modern stuff like shampoo and cosmetics… xD
