It's a shame the author is a midwit as the premise is at least a bit interesting. Functionally there is no difference between a Reincarnator and someone that just knows the whole story of the game. The differences between the two would be minimal at best and non-actionable anyway. Going out of your way to determine the difference isn't a good idea especially in a way that exposes you're also a reincarnator to a reasonable intelligent character.

I don't remember if it was what he was thinking here (probably not) but there is a pretty meaningful difference between them being a reincarnator and being a native that just knows the plot or is just acting this way for their own ends. Unless it's like I'm Jobless but it's not at all bad, where in the early part of the story the goddess is in constant communication with him, a reincarnator's only information is the preset from before they entered the story. If they're native and either know the plot or just acting out a plan, then they were able to get this information within this world. That is, they have a source and backer meaning they could get new information and support.

That difference is relevant to them as it decides whether she could actually figure out his abilities and accomplishments or if she's just running with the old game guide that doesn't include him. More so, as the author of The Azure Longsword put it in an author's note before they bricked their own story by dropping the political and ideological conflicts within the main cast so that they could focus on being a harem fighting over the mc, the goal of guys in these web novels is to become the strongest in itself and the goal of girls is just to get the guy. He spent his years becoming strong and she spent her time tricking these idiot npc guys into following her. If she's a reincarnator, the things she could do to try and close this gap in a week are insufficient, known to the mc as another reincarnator, and illegal, setting up her and the prince's own downfall.
