Could be many things. A enemy is momentary distraction, over extending an attack, or even stepping into an attack. The same works in reverse for her allies, noticing a weakness, an unintentional stumble that fouls an attack, or a firm patch of ground on an otherwise slippery battlefield. This is interesting, thanks for the tl, tho i was wondering how much of a fortune and misfortune can she created? Is it like a slip or like the mob adventurer renge?
Except there's an extra layer here, these are demons, the kind who kill for enjoyment, not the same as other living beings, more akin to a virus or cursed spirit than a wild bear or a snake. If the first time is hard, the second can be even harder. Killing is something to be tolerated not enjoyed, nor indifference.
The beasts they were fighting are still humanoids with vague but similar human features. While I don't dispute the beasts motivations, that doesn't mean everyone could kill one without some trepidation.Except there's an extra layer here, these are demons, the kind who kill for enjoyment, not the same as other living beings, more akin to a virus or cursed spirit than a wild bear or a snake.
Is probably due to the fact her companions were strong on their own and the fact they went as a hit squad. This buff/debuff will be more prominent on wider battles between armies when things can snowball out of control.Really nice to see the humble spear get its due here. Not often we get to see humanity's oldest weapon used properly instead of just as a punching bag for the flashier sword-wielders.
...but on the flip side of good, here we go again with a so-called "useless power" that is obviously way more powerful than it has any right to be. And she just kept quiet about it on her prior journey?
The Grace power seems like it would be exponentially more powerful with bigger groups, as there are more variables to twist in your favor.

It seems like her power builds on whatever factors are already present. The Grace can't make a child beat a knight, but a capable army under her command will always be favored to win.Could be many things. Since you cant mesure luck it's quite understandable that the brain dead that was her previous party branded her as useless....but on the flip side of good, here we go again with a so-called "useless power" that is obviously way more powerful than it has any right to be. too often forgotten. Having spears depiction here is a nice changeReally nice to see the humble spear get its due here. Not often we get to see humanity's oldest weapon used properly instead of just as a punching bag for the flashier sword-wielders.
The prince only plays D&D. A small boost doesn't look good on a party of 5, but makes a huge difference when you have 20 allies. So essentially her power is a +1 To Hit/Wound rolls to ALL friendlies in aura AND -1 To Hit/Wound rolls to ALL enemies in aura? And I'm being conservative here.
...And HOW is THAT useless?! In Warhammer we could kill to have something like that!
I'm hoping we'll see a bad luck montage of the hero party, with broken shoes, spoiled food, and a curious frustration of ecchi "accidents" for Prince-kunThe prince only plays D&D. A small boost doesn't look good on a party of 5, but makes a huge difference when you have 20 allies.
