I can't wait for rightful punishments.
Will those 8 kids and their families get it?

@Synically seeing how the president even came to visit (for publicity) someone probably sued for tort (also for publicity) in the kid's name, that or the government condemned the parents to pay tort, could be both depending on the legal system

tl;dr, it's implied that the kid's loaded from settlement money

I'm going to keep reading and again, I get the cultural context that backs all of this, but it still seems a bit forced for what I suspect is the impending revenge fantasy. I get people set themselves on fire to protest, it just seems a bit much for this scenario.

I agree with Synically, I'm not understanding where the kid's wealth came from while he was in a coma, I'm guessing that'll be explained in coming chapters.

I find it unusual that the eight delinquents have received punishment already, so there probably(?) won't be any personal revenge delivered by the protagonist. I'm curious to see how the story will proceed from here, with that in mind.

Edit: Nevermind, looks like I was wrong.

The aunt looks downright crazy on page 15 but I understand why.
Also what the hell happened to the aunt? Is that a different aunt or did she get some magic to change her appearance?

Hmm I am kinda confused does this building belong to him out of his own money or was it funded by the state.

Huh, I was actually surprised that they got some semblance of justice after all. This is really uncommon for revenge stories. Two years might not be a just punishment for what those kids did, but it isn't only symbolic either. If anything, the corrupt officials are better targets for retribution than his actual attackers now. They refused his family justice, forcing them into suicide, but got off even easier than the kids.

I'm surprised there is any justice done, but then again this is fiction.

Bullies should be immolated. They serve no purpose in society than be human trash.

and if he has people visiting him in his room why does he literally have months worth of trash lying around?

also gotta appreciate translating and typesetting all those search results. i didn't read it but im sure someone did
