As I was reading, my only concern was "hey if he's a speedrunner, this manga won't have much to go by and it will end quickly" and then the last pages came to save it.

4 pages and only 2 people have questioned the actual story of this. This question is what I immediately asked when he got bit and still pretended like it was a game. This actually ranks this lower than most Isekai, because at least in moments like this is when people realize that it really isn't a game and that it actually is reality. Just off the first chapter, I'm convinced that all of this positivity about this series is more-so people liking the premise and not actually engaging with the story.

Hopefully it improves, but as far as I'm concerned, this is a failure of a first chapter and a massive indicator that this is just another terrible isekai. Guess I'll find out how correct I am soon.
