The jokes starting to wear on me already, But the MC still doesn't realise this is real life? Wouldn't he have bodily functions, food needs? Pain like when he got ganked by the zambs.

I understood it as him being uncertain if he's literally inside the game or if he's in a world that's like the game. Because the characters are acting like real people (which suggest it's real life) but the glitches still work (which would suggest it's a game).

If it was just a real world based on the game, the glitches shouldn't work at all.

My man here just jumped off a cliff and got teleported to the demon lord who he beat to death with a wooden stick, both before and after he glitched through multiple solid walls and couldn't pass through open doorways because of invisible barriers. At what point during any of this is he supposed to understand that this is real life?
