IDK why but part me think pigtail girl is partially lying about how she feels about ruri. idk her tone and body language felt like she wasn't telling the whole truth. IDK i could be wrong, but i feel like this might be a case where PT girl did start out hanging out with ruri cus she's part dragon, but slowly started to like her for who she is instead of being curious about her dragon parts. But as she looks at ruri as a real friend, i think she feels bad inside that the start of their friendship was not fully truthful, and she feels like their friendship was based off a lie. Again I could be wrong, but i could feel like this arc could end with them reseting their friendship to square one and starting over.

That was a really ass move by Ruri. She just pushed away one of the only friends that always got her back since her dragon traits appeared by questioning her friendship, when it's obvious that Kashiro honestly cares about her. You bet Kashiro was hurt from Ruri's unfair words and attitude.

Ruri is being selfish and thinking about her relationships only from her point of view. This little hypocrite is the one that keeps putting her dragon nature first and foremost when dealing with others, an attitude she has criticized over and over when dealing with her schoolmates

Still, up until this chapter I kept thinking that the teacher guy is actually Ruri's dad in disguise (like some dragon-shapeshifting-into-human ability - that would make her mom less freaky at least), but the way he talks to her mom feels kinda off. Maybe he's not a dragon after all, or maybe they are just too distant.

Out of all her post dragon awakening friend she's made, ponytail girl is one of the more geniunely supporting one she's getting. And she pushes her aside over what ? Because she's sticked to her cause she found her traits interesting ? That's stupid, that'd be like pushing someone aside because she firstly befriended you over being the same gender or found cute.

Pigtail girl acted exactly how someone smart react whenever they feel misunderstood, she acted like the jerk she obviously isn't to check out the reaction. Ruri isn't very smart not to have seen through that, honestly. I'm pretty sure my BBQ was more smartly designed and it doesn't lit itself on fire.
