Fanservice reasons aside, I do wonder why she did not transform back to dragon form to fight in this big room. Is agility from the smaller human form that big of a priority? I was expecting her to be tougher and stronger as a dragon (plus flight ability), but oh well. Maybe it's for the best so we don't get to see weird dragon boobs again.
So Eldora carried the fight, but at least Dion was not useless and him parrying one attack created an opening for her to get a special move in. That counts as teamwork.
The artist sure has their priorities straight... I don't hate it but it's certainly distracting.
