Etra is trying to rope Kaiser into her shenanigans. Kaiser obviously refuses. Etra’s reputation is way low now with Kaiser’s daughters after what happened. Meryl doesn’t like her. And Anna who is going through overtime hell with the aftermath cleanup, the logistics and paperwork for trying to fix up the infrastructure, so she is extremely angry with Etra. That she even snapped at Kaiser with the line “Papa, Shut Up!” When he tried to intervene. Kaiser being a good papa supports his daughters first. She even gave Etra an invoice for the massive bill. Etra gets caught by Regina and most likely has to work off the debt. Anna’s wrath is nothing to sneeze at, I can’t imagine how much money is involved for all the damage and repairs and stuff.

Shame, I kinda wanted this series to go full Usagi.

That would be a lose-lose situation, because it would still be an unresolved harem.
The best case scenario would be for Kaiser to get together with someone and live his life, and the daughters to find someone else and live theirs, instead of wanting to bang their father figure.
The author is stuck in this pseudo-incestual limbo where no one can really get with anyone, and everyone is cursed to forever be alone and never truly move on or live their lives to the fullest.

Shouldn't S-rank adventurers be an incredibly rare and valuable resource for the country and the guild? Having applicants travel to another town (from the capital no less) and when they can't make it due to a friggin' Kaiju attack saying "Oh well, guess we don't need you that much, better luck next time." seems super dumb.
