They would be dead without the sister. They fucked up when they directly asked the sister to help, but if she helped at her own violition, I don't think the teacher would have anything on them.

I mean they literally stated a few chapters ago that the entire purpose of the school is to crush promising/talented commoners and prevent them becoming new nobles through achivements, I'd be more annoyed if they dont actually act on it and just let class E do their stuffs lol. Also yall gotta remember that the first duel against class D leader guy was also a "scripted lost" event, so I wouldn't be surprised to see more of those.

There are actually a lot of development going on here. Yuuma got his rematch (kinda), Kaoru showing her immense strength overpowering people over level 20 (first Kuga and then the villain guy), Kano experiencing real combat for the first time and actually showing her lack of experience, even the class D leader guy has a believable backstory.

Overall I like where this arc is going.
