haven't you been the uploader for GenzToons as well? if they are slow with releases, could you not have pushed it? anyways, the chapter, to me, falls under "readable and understandable english, but at times lacking context".
page 4+5 have the "why do i have to participate?" question, though the first one seemed to be coming from kaoru, which seemed odd.
on page 6 kaoru repeates after the mysterious characters "well then", though that character did not state a "well then" at all.
page 8 would have made more sense if MC would have stated something along the lines of "i could barely see it"
some more examples along the way, though most noteworthy: kuga~san has been given the "he/guy" treatment, though kuga is clearly a girl.
so yeah, might want to grab at least a proofreader, otherwise the translation is fine.

as for the chapter itself, i just wanna finally see our MC do some noteworthy action in class showcasing his actual skill.

Alright, considering the praises, engagement and the fair criticism from larcek, also i want to clear something up, im not affiliated with genztoons, their group upload permission was just open for anyone to upload under their group, so i just ripped the pages from genztoon website and uploaded here, but im just a guy that just got bored of waiting for new chapters so I decided I should try scanslating, anyways but your translation criticism is fair, so I can probably do chapter 39 and update chapter 38 if I can get some proper translation from someone fluent in japanese.

Man, i can't stand Kaoru. She is only the focus at times because of the fatso's soul still being present inside the MC and he somehow can't ignore her. She also only starts to get interested in the MC because he gets stronger and she takes notice of every other strong person flocking to his side. He should just clear up the fience contract nonsense once and for all so she can fuck off.

She is high level but MC at this point is like lvl 25-30ish i think. He is very methodical about his leveling and also helps his parents and sister to level up as well so in turn his own level is slower to raise. I think if he was alone, he wouldn't even bother with anyone else and would just power level. That's what he did in the game since he was a solo player through and through. But the fatso in him is just forcing his hand mentally.
