She was very clear on what she is asking for. For Koto to face reality and admit there is no reset button that will change their relationship back to what is was seven years ago. In the small term, for her to just talk about her life in those seven years. Koto is the one who refused to listen to what her girlfriend was asking. To blame Aya at this point it's like saying she is the only one who needs to think of her partner's needs while Koto doesn't need to change anything about how she is dealing with everything.

Koto's sheer avoidance of any potential negativity in her and Aya's relationship was always the sticking point and it is so sweet that it is clear this is the final straw that convinced Aya this was unsustainable.
For Erika her position is quite unenviable, She clearly loves Koto, a (childish) part of her sees her chance, but focussing on that nebulous hope is obscuring her mind to the fact she did the right thing by Aya. I hope she confesses to Koto, if only to receive some sort of closure for herself, because Erika and Aya deserve the chance they both want, to move on with their lives.
Koto has that chance too. But I doubt she will take it. Not without a lot of pain first.
