Sort of. The older sister reveals the reasons for being the way she is. The younger sister makes her feelings understood. Both have romantic intentions. He still sees his younger sister as forbidden, but his older sister has a path forward.

It says it's the end of "Part 1." I'm assuming that means there'll be a continuation.

Anyway, if you like goofy fanservice manga then go ahead and read it. There's some good jokes in here, but pretty much every chapter is "learn to become a better mangaka from all the lewd girls around me." So it's fun to read but it can get repetitive if you binge it all at once.

Really fun part 1. Lemon-san is best girl. I REALLY want to see a part 2 sooner rather than later.

Very pervy fun manga with a lot of "lucky skeve" with progress here and there. The tone of the last handful of chapters is very different and more serious, but it is nice. I say it is a good read if you want something very silly and not serious! Just know this is not the end (unless the mangaka doesn't ever do a part 2 like was suggested).
