Well I don't know about the spoilers but, I heard that a twist will come, that changes the way of thinking about this manga.

Diabolical, he had the right answer to get out the time loop but assuming he would reset on failure he decided to just see what happens. Now he's stuck to deal with the aftermath of that choice. Maybe each week will be its own loop, this time needing to somehow make himawari fall for him in such a short time

Ooh I thought this was nearing a axe but this got me hooked. These time loop stories always to me have to tread a fine line so excited to see how this story progresses.

Crack theory: Gyaru is somehow orchestrating things to get with MC. She could be lying when she told him that she only has a "hunch" and the loop just so happens to end right after he is rejected - a prime time to sweep in and fill the hole in his heart.
I have no evidence of this besides the possibility that she was lying to MC when she told him she had a "hunch" (saying that you know two people are dating is very specific, beyond a hunch) and a the fact that one of the other commenters said we may have a major twist coming.

Alt theory, just as cracked: Ota is orchestrating this, similar reasons to above, but his outbursts that seem spontaneously revealing are planned and trying to feel out how the MC feels about Ota.
I again have no evidence for this besides someone saying we may have a twist.
