is it just me or does it seem like whatever presumably evil god made the demon side of the skill tree got the whole demon lord/demon tamer skill sets backwards?
demon lord = destroyer of not that much before getting offed by a hero, creates demons (which is NOT a demon lord exclusive skill...) but doesn't seem to have much hold over them, extra weak to heroes and holy magics
demon tamer = able to enslave ANYONE weaker than him/her self, and demonizes them if they were human, binds them to himself which makes them effectively immortal as long as the tamer doesn't get defeated (maybe can still die if they get atomized or blasted with high tier holy magic/anti-magic), now able to chain enslavement through his subordinate's actions!! also no personal weakness to holy or heroes, in the event the tamer isn't the former "god's one chosen hero"

@InsaneInsomniac Well, the demon lord class hasn't been fully explained yet. the demon lord could be specialized in *creating* subordinate demons, while the demon tamer specializes in *converting* (into demon followers).

As for the power difference, as far as I can tell, strength is determined by level rather than class. This means that a lvl 99 demon lord (which appears to be the level cap for a single class) will be weaker than the lvl 105 monster tamer.

The author should have foreshadowed those facts long before Chapi's death. You can't just create a "setup(monsters being made of mana)" AT THE SAME TIME of the "payoff(reviving monsters with more mana)" otherwise it feels way too convenient.

@Arcara Seems like only way to kill them is to either break the slavery/taming first, or kill enough that owners mana can't keep up (whether that means killing thoroughly like disintegration or killing many enough by army destruction is even more guesswork)

Iirc isn't the author created the setup in chapter 1? When MC at first thought that incapacitated means killing them, all of the moster that he killed turned into magic particles instantly.
