I think she is just one of those people that are really enthusiastic when it comes to work and sometime they tend to push their enthusiasm unto others believing they share the same way of thinking and end up forcing them to do overwork for them even if she doesn't see it that way. So she felt hurt because she thought of him a friend whom she shared a good relationship but alas that was not the case.

Over enthusiastic people are the worst, they will push you into situations that aren't ideal and rely on you to realize their impossible demands. Deny one of their requests and they will get hurt while pretending you are the one in the wrong.
